Trinity Fellows invites nonprofit organizations to apply to host a Fellow for the upcoming 21-month term. Fellows serve at community-based organizations while earning a master’s degree at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. Rooted in ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ’s mission to promote justice and faith through service, the Trinity Fellows Program develops leaders committed to social and economic justice.
Host and student applications are reviewed through a matching process to ensure strong alignment between Fellows and organizations.

Trinity Fellows Host Organization Overview
Trinity Fellows participate in a 21-month study/work program while earning a master’s degree in one of 15 fields at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. In addition to full-time graduate studies, Fellows work with a local nonprofit organization—18 hours per week during the academic year and 40 hours per week over the summer.
In order to be elgible student applicants have completed a full-time service term with programs such as the Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, Public Allies, or City Year, OR have at least two years of full-time experience at a nonprofit organization.
Fellows are expected to complete their degrees within two years and are required to take three courses focused on urban issues. Learn more about Trinity Fellow's program outcomes.
