How to Reserve Community Service Vans

The Arrupe Center has four vans available for reservation for group service projects. Travel must stay within Milwaukee County, per University policy.

Please submit your request using the on Marquee.

Who can use the Community Service vans?

Community Service vans are available upon a two week in advance reservation to ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ student organizations. Usage of vans must be for transportation to community service related events.

Student organizations must also have approval for the community service event via MARQUEE in order to receive approval on their reservation request.

How can I become authorized to drive a Community Service Van?

All van drivers must complete the and the Fleet Defense training modules.

  • Driver Authorization Form: can take up to two weeks to process.
  • Fleet Defense training modules: Fleet Defense will be assigned once the Driver Authorization Form is approved. Please send a copy of your certificate to ngoc.le@marquette.edu.

Once the Driver Authorization Form is approved and we have recieved your Fleet Defense certificate, you will be added to the approved drivers list.

Tips for Heading Off Campus for Service

Van may only be driven within Milwaukee County, per University policy.

Student organizations and groups are welcome to reserve the Arrupe Center classroom for events. The space can accomodate up to 24 people.
