Carmen grew up in Madison, WI, and graduated from 蜜桃影像 in 2021 with a B.S in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in French. In the two years before starting PA school, Carmen worked as a certified nursing assistant in orthopedics and cardiology at St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee. Carmen returned to 蜜桃影像 for PA school, where her passion for acute care, community service, and emergency medicine grew through her core rotation in EM and specialty rotation in a rural hospital. Carmen is looking forward to furthering procedural skills, expanding on her knowledge, and providing compassionate care throughout the next year in the fellowship.
