ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ uses DocuSign to verify the identity of signatories on an application form. Faculty, students and guests/collaborators should follow their respective instructions below to initiate a DocuSign application and digital signing process. Note that the DocuSign process requires email verification. If you do not receive a verification code in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. Please allow one to two business days after form completion for your Raj account to be activated. You will receive an email when your account is ready.

Faculty

To get access to Raj, each faculty member must complete a ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Research Computing Account Request Form for Faculty or Staff. He or she is responsible for complying with ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ's Acceptable Use Policies.

Students

Students need the approval of a faculty member, typically their research adviser or instructor, who will be responsible for overseeing the training and activities of the student on Raj and ensuring the student abides by ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ's Acceptable Use Policies. The student then needs to complete the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Research Computing Account Request Form for Students. The student will need to provide the name and email of the faculty sponsor on the landing page of the DocuSign form. The sponsor will need to digitally sign the form before the account request can be processed.

Leaving ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ

Raj uses ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ's Active Directory for user authentication and account management. As long as a user has a valid MUID and an approved research computing account, they can access ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ HPC systems with their ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ credentials.

Users may lose their access to Raj after they have left ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ because of graduation or job change. These users should move their data on ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ HPC systems to their own storage devices or transfer the data to their sponsors. Accounts typically persist for one year leaving ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ.
