Organization Fest

Fall Organization Fest and Community Service Fair

Thursday, September 4, 2025, 4-7 p.m., Central Mall
(rain date Friday, Sept. 5)

O-Fest offers students the opportunity to explore 蜜桃影像's student organizations by talking to organization representatives and signing up for organizations of interest. In addition, there will be a number of university offices and departments present to share information about various programs and services available to students at the university.

If you're in the market to find a student organization or university program to get involved with, come to O-Fest! Community agencies also will be on hand to share volunteer opportunities with you. Registration is only required for those that want to table at O-Fest!

Space is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate university departments' requests as student organizations have first priority.

Tables Reservations and Accommodations

If you are a Student Organization wanting to register for a table please click . Registration is due by August 4th at 11:59pm.

If you are a University Department wanting to register for a table please click . Registration is due by August 4th at 11:59pm.

Due to space allocation, ONLY ONE table is allowed per student organization and university department.

We cannot guarantee placement.

Categories of student organizations are grouped together (e.g. all sororities and fraternities, all academic organizations, etc.) We will not assign specific tables to organizations. You will choose a table in your category section (first come, first served). THUS, if you want to be next to specific organizations, you should show up at the same time for check-in with that other organization.

A limited number of chairs are available, so either bring your own or get to check-in early!

Table coverings

We have a limited number of disposable table cloths. We do recommend bringing your own table covering.

We do not provide custom tablecloths. You need to order these on your own, out of your own organization funds.
