Join us for an engaging session on essential wellness practices and strategies to support a balanced, healthy, and successful college experience.

What to expect during this session:

  • Reflect about your own healthy habits and set a couple of realistic goals that contribute to physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being during college. 
  • Learn about the connection between healthy lifestyle choices (sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress management, etc.) and academic success.
  • Enjoy a delicious lunch and meet new people! Bring a friend.

In collaboration with the Lemonis Center for Student Success and the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Counseling Center.

This session features Erin Gannon, Dean of Students, and Dr. Carie Hertzberg, Assistant Vice President for Belonging and Student Affairs. They will share insights into the Division of Belonging and Student Affairs (DBSA), including its updated mission, goals and structure. Additionally, come to learn more about how they support students in their particular areas of student development and community engagement.

  • Kalyn Gackowski, Student Success Coordinator for the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences​
  • Dr. Terrie Garcia, Director of Inclusive Excellence and Student Success in the College of Nursing​
  • Beth Krey, Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs in the College of Business Administration
