Aspin Washington Internship Program – Spring 2005

Katie Podmokly is a Managing Director at Baird responsible for leading technology, operations, and talent initiatives for Baird’s asset management division. Katie has nearly 20 years of professional experience ranging from management consulting to project management in the non-profit sector. Katie fell in love with Milwaukee, Wisconsin while attending ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ and currently lives in Bay View, Milwaukee, with her husband, Eric, and dog, Ruby. Katie attended the Les Aspin Center for Government in 2005 and graduated in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Katie is currently pursuing her MBA part-time at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. Katie strongly believes in giving back to the community through service or philanthropy and looks forward to having a positive impact through her role on the Les Aspin Center Leadership Council.
