Milwaukee, WI

Kathryn Hein is currently retired from a successful career in government and politics that included jobs in the Office of the Governor for Wisconsin governors Lucey and Schreiber. She also worked for Congressman Les Aspin in both his Racine and Washington D.C. offices. In the Milwaukee office, she served as Chief of Staff for Congressman Jerry Kleczka for the duration of his Congressional career.

Following Congressman Kleczka’s foundation of the Kleczka Internship Fund, Kathy worked with Fr. Tim O’Brien at the Les Aspin Center to develop the Milwaukee-based Kleczka internship program on the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ campus. Kathy has served on the Aspin Center Board of Visitors for ten years and will continue to be a trusted council member.
