Apply and submit all application requirements  

• Official transcripts from all current and previous colleges or universities must reflect undergraduate courses in health assessment, nursing research and statistics (including inferential analysis). Undergraduate statistics must be completed within five years of program start date. If the time of five years has been exceeded, as applicant may complete an approved statistics course to update. Please contact the program to confirm the statistics course of interest is approved for content.
• Three completed recommendation forms prepared by previous or present employers and teachers familiar with graduate education in nursing; at least one must come from the critical care area.
• Responses to specified essay questions (max 250 words).
• International applicants only: TOEFL score or other acceptable proof of English proficiency.
• Virtual synchronous, personal interview (invitation only) with the Nurse Anesthesia Admissions Committee. Applicants who are invited for an interview will be notified by email.
• All applicants must be registered in the United States as a professional nurse. Graduates of nursing schools in foreign countries must successfully complete the certification program administered by the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools and must be licensed in Wisconsin.
• A minimum of one year, preferably two years, of full-time work experience (or its part-time equivalent) not including orientation  as a registered nurse in a critical care setting within the United States, its territories or a U.S. military hospital outside of the United States by the application deadline.  Applicants must have developed as an independent decision maker capable of using and interpreting advanced monitoring techniques based on knowledge of physiological and pharmacological principles.

^{*A critical care setting is defined as one where, on a routine basis, the registered nurse manages one or more of the following: invasive hemodynamic monitors (e.g., pulmonary artery, central venous pressure, and arterial catheters), cardiac assist devices, mechanical ventilation and vasoactive infusions. Examples of critical care settings may include, but are not limited to: surgical intensive care, cardiothoracic intensive care, coronary intensive care, medical intensive care, pediatric intensive care and neonatal intensive care. Experiences in other areas may be considered provided the applicant can demonstrate competence with the above identified skills (i.e., invasive monitoring, etc.).}

• Current certification in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association are required at admission and must be maintained during the program. Preferred at the time of application submission.
• GRE not required.

Applicants are encouraged to submit all application materials well in advance of the cycle end date to allow adequate time for application verification by the 蜜桃影像 Graduate School and to ensure receipt of all materials (e.g., professional recommendations, academic transcripts). Only applications that are complete by the January 15 application cycle and date will be reviewed for admission to the program

• A baccalaureate or graduate degree in nursing from a nationally accredited college or university with a minimum cumulative BSN or MSN GPA and science GPA of 3.000 on a 4.000 scale. For graduates of foreign nursing schools, a formal evaluation of their nursing program of study documenting equivalency to a U.S. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree must be submitted.
• Unencumbered Registered Nurse license to practice in the United States. A Wisconsin license or eNLC license is required at the time of admission.
• Payment of all tuition and fees, as outlined in the 蜜桃影像 Graduate School Bulletin for the corresponding academic year.
• Students must file all components of the application with  and pay all related fees for submission.
• Applicants who accept offers of admission are required to pay a one-time acceptance fee, successfully pass a background check and submit valid documentation to meet clinical site health requirements (e.g., current vaccinations). These steps must be completed prior to beginning course work.
