Instructors can reopen a recently submitted quiz attempt if a student accidentally submits early or experiences technical issues. Reopening the attempt allows the student to re-enter the same quiz with an updated time limit.

1. Navigate to Assessments in the main navigation bar, then select Quizzes.
2. Locate the desired quiz or exam, then select Grade from the drop-down menu.
3. In the list of quiz attempts, check the box(es) next to the attempt(s) you would like to reopen.
4. A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Click Reopen Attempt to proceed.
5. If successful, 'Reopened' will appear in the status column.
