Tanner serves as the Student Success Coordinator for the College of Business Administration, where he supports new and early undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Business Administration through advising, LEAD 1050 course instruction, and first-year transition programming. He coordinates first-year registration and transition activities, oversees Peer Advisors and course assistants, and advises undergraduate, MBA, and Accelerated Degree Program students. He also manages communications like the weekly GSM Outlook, monitors graduate student progress and records, and contributes to retention initiatives and student-serving events. Prior to ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ, Tanner worked in education policy and career advising with the Universities of Wisconsin System. He holds an M.S. in Administrative Leadership from UW-Milwaukee.
