Director, Insurance Leadership Program

Jae Junkunc is the director of the Insurance Leadership Program, focused on equipping students with specialized skills and knowledge to meet the growing demand for qualified, young talent within the industry. Before joining ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ, Jae spent over 20 years in financial services, and most recently was the Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning at Northwestern Mutual. Previous roles include VP of Group Insurance Strategy at Prudential Financial, VP of Strategy for MassMutual US and MassMutual Worksite, VP of Strategic Risk Management at MassMutual, Benefits Consultant at Bostonian Group (now a Marsh Company), and various roles at Fidelity Investments.  Jae has her M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and her B.A. from American University in Washington, D.C. She also served as a volunteer in the U.S. Peace Corps.
