His research focuses on how information transparency, investor behavior, and market structure influence pricing and decision-making in the real estate sector, particularly among REITs. An award-winning scholar, his work has been recognized by Real Estate Economics and The Journal of Real Estate Research. In the classroom, he emphasizes critical thinking, ethical leadership, and cura personalis—encouraging students to see the broader societal impacts of real estate decisions. He also leads high school mentoring programs to expand access to commercial real estate careers.
